proficiency in performing complex tasks of
landscape maintenance, irrigation analysis and repair,
advanced pruning and trimming skills, and demonstrate
the ability to work within the quality and
performance guidelines as established by the company.

| Fore-person |
The
“Fore Person” must be proficient in performing complex
tasks of landscape maintenance, irrigation repair and
analysis, advanced pruning and trimming skills, and
demonstrate the ability to work within the quality and
performance guidelines as established by company. This
position also is responsible for field level management
of crews on individual projects.

Supervisor |
The
“Field Supervisor” must be proficient in performing all
tasks of landscape maintenance. This position should
perform with effective leadership, provide supervision
and training in an efficient and professional manner,
manage multiple landscape maintenance projects, and act
as an intermediary between landscape maintenance field
operations and company management.

| Irrigation
Technician |
The "Irrigation
Technician" must be proficient in monitoring,
maintaining, and repairing entire irrigation systems.
This position requires working knowledge of irrigation
timers, valves, heads, and the ability to make
adjustments or repairs of all of the above.

The “Landscape Foreperson”

installation/construction. This position should perform
